Whereas complaint hath been made unto me, W. Information for shooting Pigeons, under 2 Geo. 3. c. 29. Be it remembered, that of the parish of in the said county, yeoman, cometh before me W. Shooting at pigeons with intent to kill, or killing and taking by any means whatever, with a wilful intent to destroy any house-dove or pigeon, incurs a penalty of twenty shillings.
