Therefore being juftified by Faith, we have Peace with God through our Lord Jefus Chrift: And we, that were fometime alienated, and Enemies in our Mind by wicked Works, are reconciled to God by the Death of his Son, by whom we have now received the Atonement.

'As by one Man's Difobedience many were made Sinners; fo by the Obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

$ Chrift is the End of the Law for Righteoufnefs, to every one that believeth, and doth not go about to establish his own Righteoufnefs: For we are God's Workmanship, created in Chrift Jefus unto good Works, which God hath before ordained that we fhould walk in them.

We are washed, we are fanctified in the Name of the Lord Jefus, and by the Spirit of our God; and being purged from our Sins, and having purified our Souls in obeying the Truth, he will prefent us holy, and unblameable, and unreproveable, in the Sight of God.

"If the Blood of Bulls and of Goats fanctified to the purifying of the Flefh, how much more fhall the Blood of Chrift, who offered himself without Spot to God, purge our Confciences from dead Works to ferve the living God?

By the Will of God we are fanctified through the Offering of the Body of Jefus Christ. By. which Offering Chrift hath perfected for ever

them that are fanctified: So that those who are redeemed from among Men, are without Fault before the Throne of God; and are complete in Chrift.

LIFE.

* Since by Man came Death, by Man came alfo the Refurrection of the Dead. For as in Adam all die, even fo in Chrift fhall all be inade alive.

y The Son of Man came not to deftroy Mens Lives, but to fave them; who hath abolished Death through the Gofpel.

He came that we might have Life, and that we might have it more abundantly.

Jefus is the Refurrection and the Life; and because he liveth, we fhall live alfo: For he which raifed up the Lord Jefus, fhall raife us up also by, Jesus.

He wil ranfom us from the Power of the Grave: He will redeem us from Death. O Death, he will be thy Plague! O Grave, he will be thy Destruction!

There fhall be a Refurrection of the Dead, both of the Juft and Unjuft. And the Sea fball give up the Dead, which are in it, and Death and Hell hall deliver up the Dead which are in them; and all that are in the Graves fhall come forth. Then fhall the Son of Man come with Power and great Glory; and he fhall fend his Angels, and

they fhall gather together his Elect from the four Winds, from the uttermoft Part of the Earth to the uttermoft Part of Heaven.

The Lord Jefus Chrift fhall change our vile Body, that it may be fafhioned like unto his glorious Body. It is fown in Corruption, Dilhonour, and Weakness; but it fhall be raised in Incorruption, Glory, and Power. It is fown a natural Body, but it thall be raised a spiritual Body: And as we have borne the Image of the firit Man, who was of the Earth earthy, we shall alfo bear the Image of the fecond Man, who is the Lord from Heaven. Neither can we die any more, for we shall be as the Angels of God in Heaven.

We fhall not all fleep, but we fhall all be changed; in a Moment, at the laft Trump, when the Dead Thall be raifed incorruptible; and the. Dead in Chrift fhall rife first: Then they which are alive, and remain unto the coming of the Lord, fhall be caught up together with them in the Clouds, to meet the Lord in the Air; and fo they fhall ever be with the Lord. And there fhall be no more Death.

O Death, where is thy Sting? O Grave, where is thy Victory? For then shall be brought to pass the Saying that is written, Death is fwallowed up in Victory.

HAPPINESS.

This is a faithful Saying, and worthy of all Acceptation, that Chrift Jefus came into the World to fave Sinners.

The Son of Man came to seek and to fave that which was loft; that whofoever believeth in him fhould not perish, but have eternal Life. And if, when we were Enemies, we were reconciled to God by the Death of his Son; much more then, being now reconciled and justified by his Blood, we thall be faved from Wrath through him.

i God hath not appointed us to Wrath, but to obtain Salvation by our Lord Jefus Chrift; in whom believing, we rejoice with Joy unfpeakable and full of Glory.

*He that fpared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, How fhall he not with him alfo freely give us all Things God fhall fupply all our Need, according to his Riches in Glory by Chrift Jesus.

1 God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, hath bleffed us with all fpiritual Bleflings in heavenly Places in Christ.

m Grace and Peace are multiplied unto us, through the Knowledge of God, and of Jefus our Lord; according as his Divine Power hath given unto us all Things that pertain unto Life and Godliness.

We

" We have been called unto Liberty; and now being made free from Sin, and become Servants to God, we shall be free indeed, having our Fruit unto Holiness, and the End everlasting Life.

• If we take the Yoke of Chrift upon us, we fhall find Reft unto our Souls; for his Yoke is eafy, and his Burden is light; and his Commandments are not grievous.

P God is not unrighteous to forget our Work and Labour of Love, which we have fhewed towards his Name.

Our fpiritual Sacrifices are acceptable to God by Jefus Chrift. In whom we have Boldness and Accefs, with Confidence by the Faith of him. And whatfoever we shall ask of the Father in his Name, he will give it us.

If we keep the Commandments of Chrift, we fhall abide in his Love; and we are his Friends, if we do whatsoever he commandeth us.

In the World we shall have Tribulation; but Chrift hath overcome the World, that in him we might have Peace. And the God of all Grace, who hath called us unto his eternal Glory by Chrift Jefus, after that we have suffered a while here, will make us perfect, eftablish, ftrengthen, fettle us.

↑ God hath loved us, and hath given us everlafting Confolation and good Hope through Grace; which Hope we have as an Anchor of the Soul, both fure and ftedfast.
