great Mifery of being deprived of the inftituted Means of Inftruction, and of Grace, again, and again petitioned them to take pity on their fpititual Wants,) hath brought them into their prefent Streights And they chearfully caft their Care on that good Providence, which hitherto moft wonderfully hath fupported them in the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts, to touch the Hearts, and open the Purfes of all good Christians to contribute their Mites towards this most pious Defign, that he that hath much, may give plenteoufly; that he, that hath little, may do his Diligence gladly to give of that Little, and fo all may gather for themselves a good Reward in the Day of Neceffity, having thus laid up in Store for themJelves a good Foundation, against the Time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal Life.
