Number of Species and Plants collected during the Excursions :-Phanerogamous Plants, 590; Ferns and their Allies, 34; other Cryptogams, 100; Total, 720. Number of fresh specimens of Plants used for Class purposes during the session, 47,280. Number of miles travelled by railway, steamboat, and walking, 733. The number of Students who attended the Excursions was 216; and the number at each Excursion varied from 21 to 130.
