As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. For who is God save the Lord or who is a rock save our God?

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testi- Ps. xix. 7-9. mony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his com- Ps. cxi. 7-9. mandments are sure. They stand fast forever and ever,, and are done in truth and uprightness. He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant forever: holy and reverend is his name.

The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the Ps. cxiii. 4-6. heavens. Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high, who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth?

O praise the Lord, all ye nations; praise him, all ye people. Psalm cxvii. for his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth forever. Praise ye the Lord.

Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my Ps. cxxi. 1-4. help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
