COMPANY.

The Directors are prepared to receive applications for perpetual DEBENTURE STOCK, which has been created under the powers of the Company's Act of 1856, for the purpose of paying off and extinguishing the mortgage debt of the Company.

The Stock has a fixed and perpetual yearly dividend or interest at the rate of 4 per cent. per annum; and such dividend or interest is a first charge upon the tolls and undertaking, and has priority of payment over all other dividends, or any other Stock or Shares, whether ordinary, preference, or guaranteed.

Any amount of Stock, not being the fraction of a £, can be subscribed for.

Interest will commence from the date of the receipt of the money by the Company, and will be paid half-yearly, on the 15th January and the 15th July, for half years to 31st December and 30th June respectively, by warrants on the Company's Bankers, which will be sent to the address of each registered proprietor.
