The Accounts for the past year wind up much more satisfactorily than was anticipated, owing to the noble response of some of the Associations: Regent Square, London, having remitted £103 16s. 7d. during the past quarter; Trinity Church, Manchester, £40; and Carlton Hill, London, £25 78. 6d.; as well as various Donations received. The Deputations which visited the Church last autumn; in order to bring under its notice the claims of the Home Mission, have exercised a most beneficial influence, judging from the increased liberality in the Collections, and the Donations which, in several instances, also accompanied them.
