THE fame may, in some measure, be affirmed of all thofe who fuccefsfully endeavour to render the ARTS and SCIENCES, which were formerly wrapt up in the learned languages, and in technical terms, intelligible to the bulk of mankind, or to those who have not had the advantage of a liberal education.
