B2 INTRODUCTION THE undersigned proposes to issue annually, so long as he continues to act as Agent of the Regents of Normal Schools of Wisconsin, a DOCUMENT, embodying a summary of the Proceedings of the Teachers' Institutes which may be held under his appointment for the year, together with a number of Papers, which he may deem worthy of study and preservation by the Teachers of Wisconsin. The number of Papers in each annual issue, and the subject and extent of each Paper, and the general style of publication, will depend on his discretion. The document will be furnished to members of one or more of the Institutes, who shall subscribe and pay for the same in advance, on the terms made known at each Institute-and in all cases the price charged to members who pay in advance will be less than the actual cost of publication. These Papers will be issued annually for sale, as valuable contributions to the Educational, and particularly to the Pedagogical Literature, of the country.
