THE following volume is the work of a man of genius; but as it is a pofthumous publication, and was not prepared by the Author for the prefs, the candid Public will make the proper allowances.
Some of the Sermons are incomplete; owing partly to their having been left in that state by the Author, and partly to the Manuscript being loft. But though imperfect, they were thought too valuable to be omitted.
