Resolved, That the clerk of the supreme court be requested to furnish the senate with a copy of the opinion of the supreme court in the case of Plumer vs. The Board of Supervisors of Marathon County, rendered on the 3d inst., and such opinion be spread on the journal.

Senator Dering moved that No. 85, S., be recommitted to committee on Incorporations.

A bill relating to chapter 159, laws of Wisconsin for the year 1878, and amendatory of section 2 of sub-chapter 3, section 4 of sub-chapter 7, section 3 of sub-chapter 12, and section 10 of sub

chapter 15, and to repeal section 10 of sub-chapter 4 of said chapter 159, entitled an act to revise the charter of the city of Chippewa Falls.

Have had the same under consideration and report it back with amendment, and recommend that when so amended the bill do pass.

A bill to incorporate the city of Ahnapee.

Have had the same under consideration and direct me to report it back with the recommendation that it do pass.

A bill to amend the 3d subdivision of section 1772 of the revised statutes.

And has concurred in the adoption of

Relating to decision of supreme court, made February 4, 1879, in the case of Plumer against the Supervisors of Marathon County, and appointing a joint committee to report to their respective houses.

And has appointed Messrs. Spence, Quarles, Burdge, Haugen and Reynolds as members of such committee on part of the assembly.
