Our faith is simple, and can be reduced to nearly the following
maxims -Whosoever desires to enjoy Health and Longevity, and
to be quickly cured of all accidental indispositions; should prefer
vegetable to animal food; should swallow nothing hot; drink
only milk or water; be lightly clad; avoid artificial heat and
drugs; and take much exercise in the open air.
